Cuts from a WHOLE beef that yields average +400 lbs. of meat are as follows:

• 8-14 New York Strips Steaks 8-10 oz ea 2/package
• 10-18 Bone In Rib-Eye Steaks 8-14 oz ea 2/package
• 6-8 Fillet Mignon Steaks 6-8 oz ea 2/package
• 4-8 Sirloin Steaks 8-14 oz ea 1/package
• 20-24 Tenderized Cutlets 8-10 oz ea 4/package

• 4 Fajita meats 12-18 oz ea (can be: Flank, Skirt or Flap Steak)
• 40 Short Ribs 4-8 oz ea 3/package
• 4 Rump Roast 3-4 lbs
• 2 Pikes Roast 2.5-4 lbs
• 2 Brisket 8-12 lbs
• 20 Stew Meat 1 lbs packages
• 6-9 shank/soup bones
• 150-175 Ground Beef 1 lbs packages

Deposits are non refundable, however they are transferable to another product or delivery schedule witin 30 days of delivery date. 

Our family’s beef is always dry-aged to give it that premium taste and tenderness.

If you do not live within one of our serviced counties (see serviced counties), simply use the phrase “OUTSIDE” in the promotional code box at check out, and we will contact you to coordinate delivery. We make deliveries on the first week of each month.

• The delivery driver will contact you within seven days of your scheduled delivery to discuss the approximate time of arrival.
• A responsible person 18 years of age or older must be present at the time of pick up. If no one is available to pick up your delivery and no other arrangements can be made, your meat will be delivered the following month, and a $100 energy and storage fee, per each quarter of beef, per month will be accessed to your order.
• The delivery driver will not leave your delivery unattended.
